  1. Bonus 7 : well, if I have the right game, I get a series of letters Granny won't accept

    1. This one does give a word: https://anagram-solver.net/

    2. That one I always use, so I guess I have the wrong game

      Delete
    3. Maybe you got the correct game, but the wrong method.
Huge hint: With the correct method there would be (because of the colour) 2 letters N in the answer.

      Delete
    4. My "answer"contained only 1 n so I guess the game I think of makes no sense.

      Delete
    5. thanks s-t, similar, but wrong game after all. Found it now.

  2. Bonus 10, 2 eggs so far. Small push for more. I am really tired.

    ReplyDelete
  3. @Keeper, second egg same from C********

    ReplyDelete
  4. For Bonus 10, after you solve the c********, try googling a few of them together, and you may find that they have something in common :)

    ReplyDelete
  5. @aaaasa, you mean thing and person together?

    ReplyDelete
  6. bonus 10 found 3 eggs and formed two good words (c******** h********) but this is not the right answer :(

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Solved the c******** and found the similarity but no 3rd egg

      Delete
  7. @KeeperMay I know how to get the third egg?

    ReplyDelete
  8. @Zoran the answers to the c********
@Keeper the answer has fewer letters. Apply each line to the corresponding egg.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I tried this as well but the 14 letters don't form a word

      Delete
    2. You're almost there. No need to ask granny for the bottom line :)

      Delete
    3. Thank you! My bad eyes mess up the order of the bottom line
      I'm done now :):)

  9. common for 8-th of them is C************, but this is not answer.

    1. I think you've got it but the answer is the plural form

      Delete
  10. One question. How many eggs on Bonus 10?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Bonus 10, Got 3-rd egg, but not helpful for me.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Does the answer to the puzzle give 2 eggs? Found egg h******* and c****** so far, but the c****** egg suggests 3 lines to answer, so I have to get 3 eggs before I can answer to that one?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yes they do. The other egg has 1 less letter than the H egg you found.

      Delete
  13. Now I am confused. I have 2 eggs wit title Y** and 1 egg with N******. Do I need more eggs?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Zoran, I mean the answers that led to an egg were C***** and H***** , not the eggs themselves

      Delete
  14. I was confused before, but now I am OUT OF ORDER.Now I don't get it at all. :(

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. You have 3 lines of n****** and 3 egg words, just match each line with a word (there can be only one solution) and pick letters using the n******

      Delete
  15. I don't mean the egg titles. I mean the answer I gave that led to an egg.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Got gibberish, 1-st egg P******* pick 1,3,5,8,9, 2-nd H******** pick 1,2,6,8 and 3-rd C************* pick 10,12,9,8,7 give me nothing, or I am on other galaxy.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Did you really match the lines with the words correctly? Think again :)

      Delete
  17. See aaaasa's comment above:
"You're almost there. No need to ask granny for the bottom line :)"

    ReplyDelete
  18. Zoran, if I understand correctly, then you have your answer. Notice that two of the number sets have the same colour. Granny likes them a lot. The third set of numbers were a different colour, and therefore on their own. You will be able to make a three word sentence, and that is your answer. (I hope I haven't confused you further). Good luck.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Bottom line after pick letters I got T****, without granny is nothing. So, I am again on the beginning.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Zoran, The bottom line colour is two words. The first two lines make one word with granny.

    ReplyDelete
  21. @clio_rose, thanks for your help. Your last comment was crucial. I read the third line as a word and it confused me.It all makes sense now. Thanks to everybody for help and patience. Finish with riddle.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Bonus 10, have solved the c********, got two eggs p******* and h********. Can I get a hint for how to find the c******** egg?

  24. I don't know what to do on 22. I think I found 9 differences, but then?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. There are 10 differences to find, so you might look again. Then mark the differences on the pic (print it out). Have you found the egg? It gives you a second pic, which you need. You apply the second pic to the first (with the differences marked) and then apply basic riddling technique. Note how many sections there are in the second pic.

  25. Bonus 10: In order to finish I need the second egg ( appearantly the P-egg ) from the puzzle. Do have the other 2.

    ReplyDelete
  26. The p******* egg comes from the c******** grid. You need the grid itself, with the answers, not just the answer words as you did for the h******** egg. Find places where the answers have something in common.

    ReplyDelete
  27. A big thanks to s-t for keeping us ( very) busy for a while. Also thank you for all the help that every one offered. Looking forward a to the new "spring"riddle.

    VERY WELL DONE

Here is the updated HALL OF FAME

ps. About that HOF. Ike, I didn't get a mail from you. That's ok, really!.
I certainly don't wanna force anyone to be mentioned there. I just wanna be sure nothing got lost somewhere in the darkest depths of the confusing cyberworld :)

    ReplyDelete
  29. Bonus 8: I've seen the only comment for 8 from Keeper with the response "Don't be fooled, you already have the answer."

I've been fooled twice with m***** and g****. Tried looking at answers for Bonus 1--7; all the words on the pic; trying to find all the words on the pic (unsuccessfully) to maybe spell out letters. Tried "door" that took me back to 21; so tried 21 answer. . .nada. So I do not already have the answer; I am a fool and I need something to move on. (Been here since yesterday.) Hoping for a ray of help.

    1. There are a loads of eggs to find and not one of them is a rotten egg and all of them are telling you the same thing, so in fact finding just one is enough too.

      Delete
    2. Of course! Staring at me the whole time. I always miss the most obvious. Thank you, s.t.
      Maybe I'll finish yet.

      Delete
  30. No s-t, did, or didn't actually , that on purpose because I had to cheat and read back so many times that I don't deserve that fame. But, I consider this riddle a good dress rehearsal for the next. Perhaps I will do fine then.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Congrats Keeper, Zoran and Laurie :) :) :)
And Ike, contrats to you too and please allow me to disagree with you about being on the HOF. We all deserve to be there because it is like the cherry on this so-much-fun-cake :P

    ReplyDelete
  32. Yay, well done, Puzzled. CONGRATS \o/

And, yep agree about HOF or not. There isn't a single player who did it without help. But then again, it's a free world, not pushing at all.

    1. Add all the vowels once.

    2. Hotaru, 25.12 is a tricky one but if you noticed the pattern of what you have already

done you should be able to figure this one out.

    3. Thank you I finally reached the end, but I know it's not the end yet :)

  35. lvl 20 I got one egg by considering states joining order. But I really didn't find another order

  36. stuck on 24 for days now... I found the b****, a***, b******** eggs, but at a loss after that, read all the hints which seem to have confused me more, read that there is more eggs to find but cant seem to find them, have visited granny with tons of things counting up and subtracting, starting at the top and bottom, not sure what the hint about the drawers leading to a new place means either. any one around to help me out please?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Robin, you need one more egg. Pay close attention to the drawers, they are different from where you have been before

    ReplyDelete
  38. Bonus lvl 2; can I get a nudge? I have the egg with k*** but struggling to apply it to the level. Is the interesting spelling of the egg image title relevant?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The spelling of the image title suggests that it is an abbreviation of something. Find out its full name and apply what you found on the main level text.

      Delete
    2. thank you aaaasa, got it. clever one.

      Delete
  39. thank you keeper, I totally missed that, tried adding the magic word with the other 2 eggs got a rotten egg and granny doesn't like it, will keep trying now that I have that missing link thank you again.

  40. lvl 21 I got the egg with pillars. Should I find another way to convert the horses?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Did you notice something near the bottom left corner? It means opposite for some of the horses

      Delete
    2. how to get the opposite? I took four for opposite but everytime I got nothing

      Delete
    3. Got it!Onto 22!Ty for your help keeper!

  41. bonus 2, not sure how to apply the egg to the text... I mean I know what its about g******** d**, but what am I translating? nothing is working

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The egg represents something that is also an acronym when written in all caps. Find out what it is, and apply it to the text in the original level.

      Delete
  42. LVL 18>I know I need to make changes and I have tried using the change in the picture, both forwards and backwards. Any help?

    ReplyDelete
  43. Can I have some help on bonus 2, please? I don't even know how to start.

    ReplyDelete
  44. @Colmkilm Change the six words in the egg according to the hints in the level and the second egg

@pipi Have you got the egg? If not just do what you would normally do

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I tried that Keeper. That is what I meant in my post. I must be applying changes wrong. BTW thanks for your response

      Delete
    2. the pic in the level tells you where to change for each word

      Delete
    3. Thanks, Keeper! I got the egg. Now do I have to find synonyms?

      Delete
  45. By the way, this is a question for s-t. Is it impossible to leave comments here (or EG24) with mobile devices? Sometimes I play the riddle during lunch break in office but the office computer blocks blogspot and I can't leave comments with my mobile phone.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I understand what the egg stands for, just not sure how to apply it, do I need to rewrite the entire text? is it a google level to get the words exact?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yes, rewrite each word using what the egg stands for.
Maybe there're websites for that, but as a non-native English speaker I just googled their synonyms and made some guesses to see if it works.

      Delete
    2. It does need to be exact words, but they are generally the most common synonyms for each term.

      Delete
  47. lvl 22 I found the second pic it's like alphabet. But how could I use it in the level pic? I found the differences.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Resize the second pic to fit onto the first. Take note of the border design to get the correct fit. You might find it easier to measure and mark the sections by hand if you are having trouble getting it sized just right with your printer and computer (as I did).

      Delete
    2. I couldn't see bricks arrayed as 6 7 7 6 in the level pic. How could I convert the marded different sections to letters? One more hint!

      Delete
    3. The total amount of sections/blocks/boxes (whatever they are named) is a big hint what it is.
Check in what box a difference is.

      Delete
  48. bonus 2 still, have tried every combination I can find in every thesaurus/synonym generator I found, just cant get the exact combination... most common I found for rewriting is O** H*****(or s**********) d******** s******(or p**********) O* G********

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Robin, your first O is good as are your last S and G. If you do not say the truth, you are a ****. And if you are saying something, you are *******. Then you just need a different preposition and you should be able to find what you need. Hope that helps and it is not too much. As always, "granny is your friend."

      Delete
    2. thank you very much for the push @patty3ponies finally onto bonus 3

      Delete
  49. bonus lvl 7 - after an hour of searching the net I found only one game s****** but this game gives me 15 letters L and only 1 N, so I'm sure it is a wrong game. But I can't find any other.

    ReplyDelete

    1. You have the correct game, but the wrong numbers. What type of things does it use, and how much is each worth in scoring?

  53. lv 22 stuck here for days. I am really really crazy. I found the differences and got the second pic. But I didn't have a way to convert the boxes to letters even I know the second pic told me to think of alphabet because it has 26 boxes

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If you overlap the second (alphabet)pic over the half of the first pic with marked differences, resize it correctly and make it a bit transparent you'll be able to correspond the marked bricks with certain letters.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. lvl 18. See comment page 2: Donas72729 December 2019 at 12:32
Hotaru, use the six words that gave you the second egg. Match those words up with the numbers from the main level, in order. The number will tell you which letter to change to make a new word

      Delete
    2. Thank you p3p. I have tried to read all comments but missed that. I didn't have the 2nd egg but do now. And now to Lvl 19.

      Delete
  66. I've read all the comments on lvl 23 but am still hopeless stuck. I have the long words and short words and have matched them up. Using the cipher on the long words gives me pairs of letters (two or even four options for this list) which I have tried combining with the short words. Most look promising using granny, but one does not. Any hints on where I'm going wrong?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Each long word gives you two letters with the cipher, then you can take the 10 letters to your smart granny

      Delete
    2. Thanks Keeper again. Got it now. I was using a wrong assumption about how to classify the letters in the long words.

      Delete
  67. Thanks Keeper. I'd tried that, but have either coded wrong or used the wrong granny machine. At least I now know how to go about trying again.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Bonus 5. I've only got two eggs which have taken me to what I think is the relevant wiki page, but I need more eggs and can't see how to apply the title to the songs more than twice. Any hints?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Did you get the egg with the 13 list of numbers? Use that on the wiki page.

    2. No, I don't have that egg yet. Thanks Patty.
I see you just beat me to it on Namchokdef's query, LOL.

  72. Finally got through LVL 11! Thanks everyone! Still can't believe a misplaced space break on my note leads to this much trouble, combine that with the fact that I misinterpret the clues in the level too.....
    Moving on!

  73. LVL 20 : I got one egg, counting the stars and using the chronological order joined. Don't know another way to reorder though, not quite familiar with that country. Need some small (big) push.

    UPDATED HALL OF FAME

    ReplyDelete
  75. LVL 21 : Anyone still here? I don't know where to start on this one. Have tried using the 2, but that doesn't lead to any word.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. In case no one is checking you can always find help on the comments page. For lvl 21 go to page 2 to start. You can do a command f on Apples to get a search box. I think it's control f on PCs. Type in lvl 21 and you should get started finding hints. But to get you going try using a code that uses only two symbols, i.e. the black and white horses. That should give you an egg.

      Delete
    2. Thank you, patty! Was having a massive mental block and forgot to use that code. I was chasing after a set of 2s in a box of 8.
      Onto next level now.
P.S. I normally comment when I don't understand past hints, I was blinded and confused at that time, because the hints started with egg already.

      Delete
  76. Bonus 5 : I'm not understanding the clues before, I haven't found any eggs yet, I think I read the title differently, if it's just slicing 1 word from the title to make 2 then read as 3 words. Can't seem to find further connections though, and can't find another way to say those 3 words.
P.S. That LVL 25 is sweet, I really like it.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Next step is to pick the letters based on how you read the title (if you focus on the second part of the level you may notice something in common)

      Delete
    2. That's the part that got me confused, searching for those that have one of the words? Or do something else? I'm not seeing any connections on the second half (which i assume is the right side) of the level too.
My mind is still blank, I think I might need a stronger hint for this.
P.S. Is the 3 words I split and read correct? (Amount of letters in the word: 3-2-5)

      Delete
  77. Your 3 words are correct, Namchokdef. You know you are using the third word in relation to the second column. However, if you were talking to someone in conversation, would you use the second word, or perhaps a different one which means the same thing?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Ah, me see! ^_^ Even got 1 of the egg! Heard that there was 3 eggs and have to use that 3 words 3 times, only got the egg from o****
My guess for a possibility is to use the title unedited to find other egg?

      Delete
  78. I reckon you might want to look at the first column....and relate it to yourself, all the time remembering the FIRST rule of riddling.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. How many letters do I have to find? I do find some things on that side that might relates.
I'll take a break for now. Only finding 2 on that side that relates.

      Delete
  79. You have one egg. You need three. Where you found the letters you needed on the second column to give you your 1st egg, go left and use the first letters of the first column. That will give you your second egg. After you do that, (and I'm sure you noticed) there are a particular number of rows. Once again use the placement of your first egg letters and sing the old alphabet song to know what will give you your third egg. After you have your three eggs, google is a great friend.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Stuck again, now on lvl 20. I have one good egg (joining order) and 3 rotten ones. Been away and hoped for inspiration but need a push please.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. aaaasa and minkie both gave amazing hints above for another egg you need (minkie's help on my LVL 20 post is pretty good), it's the most basic list! How would you order a list of text?

      Delete
    2. Thank you. I have already tried organising in the most abcis way I can think of but got 'nothing' but my third rotten egg. I also tried making that bigger. I must be doing something wrong.

      Delete
    3. The 50 things can be organised in that way you described, "abcis", but remember what "short" thing you did to get the first real egg? Do the same here!

    4. Thank you for the push - I had the wrong state for the last one! I had done the 'short' thing but it obviously didn't work. Ah well, … onto 21 now.

  82. I am still stuck on level 23, having been away for a while. I do have the good egg and two rotten ones. I have matched the long and short words, but do not understand what to do now. From reading the hints over breakfast, I think I know the cipher but do not understand how to apply it or whether to use the long and short words or just the long words as hinted at. Any help please?

    Replies
    1. To be sure about the cipher; there is a confirmation egg for it.

After matching keep the long words as they are. Use the short words to see what letter is special in the long words. Special meaning double or in other words B.

  83. Thanks s-t. Have sorted it now with your help. On to 24.

  86. Sorry about this but now need a push for 24. I have 3 eggs as per Robin earlier on this page. I have tried shifting the levels according to where the drawers are in two different ways, using level names etc etc but getting nowhere.

  87. Don't be sorry, that's what this forum is for, to ask for hints and as you can see really nobody finished without hints.

Anyway, check carefully: are the levels/pages you go to when you click a drawer really the same ones as the ones you played before!?!?!?

  88. Ok thank you. Eventually saw the light - was just looking at the pictures before in spite of all the hints.

  89. LVL 11 - I feel like I am missing something obvious. Can someone provide a little push? (I've read the other hints for this and still stumped. Got the rotten egg and the M***** page at this point).

    1. It's a Google level from there on. Google together: level pic name, M-egg pic name and the year (both numbers on the pics combined) and you will find a Wiki page.

    2. 1st question (ciTy), I have an answer that starts with S and is 10 letters. Is this correct?
2nd question, do you take the middle letter from the answer, even if the first name has even number of letters?
3rd question, do you just take the first initial of each word?
4th question, have the answer but not sure how it "equates".

    3. I think answering your first question will clarify a lot.
The answer is indeed a city starting with S. But it's not the S you pick from that word nor the middle letter. What letter to pick is hinted in the question; ciTy, so it's the third letter you pick.
Do the same trick with the other questions.

    1. Thank you and thanks for this game. Many, many hours of staring at different levels, but so glad to have finished it and thanks to all those who are so much faster than me and left so many helpful hints.

  93. Stuck on LVL 24. I want to try the new riddle but have to get through this one first. Reading prior hints, I think I am missing the t**** egg. I have the b****, a***, b********, and r************* eggs but have no clue where to go from there.

    1. Compare the (url of the) levels/pages you get when clicking the buttons and the real levels/pages you have played (and hopefully bookmarked).

    2. Hi Smalltool. I did that and put it with the other eggs and got r*************

      Delete
    3. Oops, sorry missed the part about you finding the R egg too. Then you're really almost there, but you were too fast. It's not only mixing it with the others to get the R egg, but the 5 T letters do anagram too, to make it its own egg. You need that one else I won't budge :)

  95. Lvl 19 - Can't read music notes to save my life, any pushes? I do see the piano behind the bass guitar, don't know if that helps us people that are not musically inclined.

    ReplyDelete
  96. No need to know how to read musical notes.

    This picture might help:

    Bass guitar

But!!!, it's 180 degrees rotated. On the level the E string is on top and in this picture at the bottom etc.

Just write down if a note is black or grey and make that 0's and 1's

  97. Bonus Level 2 - found egg, understand meaning of egg and should apply it to level page but just not connecting the dots any farther than that. Anybody provide another hint on this level?

  98. Like 'Old' would be simple for Ancient.
